In the field of electronic devices development, we provide comprehensive services that cover all the phases of this process: from the analysis of customer requirements through the design of technical solutions to the actual development of HW, FW, SW and mechanical parts.

We will make a functional prototype and prepare it for successful certification.

In addition to the production documentation, the result of the development also consists in a functional prototype, which can contain the elements of electronic, software and mechanical solutions. We provide the preparation and support for successful certification in compliance with the EMC Standards. We can perform the pre-certification EMI measurements, product testing in harsh climatic conditions and much more.

Making functional samples/test systems

During all the phases of electronics development, we emphasize the testability and manufacturability of the final product. During prototype production, we verify the correctness of the electronics design from the point of view of serial production.

We will design a complete testing strategy for each product, including the development and construction of a mechanical solution (fixtures, single-purpose elements etc.), including the assembly of a test workplace in the production plant and the training of operators. Test results can be recorded according to the customer´s requirements in compliance with its own ISO quality standards.

Implementation into series production

The technical equipment in our operation allows us to offer customers the small series production of electronic devices, including accessories such as cable bundles. We provide large production series in cooperation with long-term, qualified and proven partners, including complete technical support of production processes (production, testing, assembly, packaging etc.).

In coordination with the Sales Department and the warehouse, which stocks a vast product range, comprising tens of thousands of items, we provide all the necessary material for production. We check and regularly evaluate our suppliers in compliance with the ISO quality standards.

Mechanical solution

The sample production of mechanical components has been an integral part of the development of our electronic devices for several years. Thanks to many years of experience, we offer our customers the design of mechanical parts for product assembly. We design mechanical parts in the Creo 3D design environment. We immediately verify the functionality of the 3D design on our machines (3D printer, CNC milling machine and lathe).

Design of an electronic solution

We are able to design comprehensive solutions, ranging from simple electronic devices to highly sophisticated systems. Many years of experience and a wide range of projects implemented by us contribute to the fact that customers return to us repeatedly.

We provide the production of functional samples and prototypes in order to test and verify the functionality and reliability of the solution designed. We verify the reliability and functionality of the technical solution both in laboratory and in various climatic conditions.

We perform the pre-certification EMC measurements and cooperate with customers to prepare the product for successful validation. Thanks to this fact, our employees maintain a constant contact with the latest trends in the development of electronic devices, using contemporary technologies and processes.

SW and FW solution for our constructions

The fundamental elements of contemporary electronic devices for IoT, control systems, telecommunications and other fields are single-chip computers or gate arrays. An integral part of such HW is also its software part, i.e. FW and SW. We also offer the development of multiplatform service SW applications for visualization, control, configuration, registration and revitalization of our electronic devices. The most commonly used programming languages are C/C ++, Python, PHP and JavaScript.

...TO PRODUCTION AND TESTING

Testing.

We will implement the product into serial production, including the testing and material deliveries.

As early as during the development, we perform the analyses of manufacturability and testability in serial production. We will help implement the product into mass production. We will design a suitable strategy and tailor-make the equipment for testing installed semi-finished products or functional units. In cooperation with our Sales Department, we will provide complete electrical material for the production of small and large series.
